Well, this blog isn’t even meant to be about food but for readers in Minneapolis I feel a need to mention how good the ribs are at C & G’s Smoking Barbeque.
This is the second time we’ve had them in five days. More takeout ribs means more time for me in the studio!
These are delicious pork ribs. The sauce is on the side and rightly so because they really do not need sauce. It’s not a place to eat-in, though if you are desperate to do so there are a few tables. The sides we had so far (cole slaw, baked beans and mac and cheese) were very good but the main thing is the ribs. Call ahead maybe 20 minutes before you intend to arrive to avoid waiting for your ribs.
